Location: 1500 m. from the main alley and from the aqua park.

Accommodation: Hotel Gergana offers air-conditioned, comfortable and stylishly furnished rooms with bathroom, telephone, LCD TVs with cable television, mini-bar (for a fee) , safe (for a fee) and Internet access. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea or the Baltata reserve. Use of the mini bar in the room is at an additional cost. Use of an empty mini bar or mini fridge is also at an additional cost! A limited number of rooms have an interconnecting door and are suitable for accommodating larger families.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+1: Approximate size - 18 sq. m. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+1/2+2 SIDE SEA: Approximate size - 18 sq. m. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 1 child.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+1/2+2 SEA: Approximate size - 18 sq. m. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 1 child.

FAMILY ROOM 2+3 SEA:  Consist of 2 standard rooms with an interconnecting door. Suitable for families with children.

APARTMENT 2+2: Approximate size - 30 sq. m. Apartment with 1 bedroom, a hall with kitchenette, bathroom, second separate toilet, large terrace with panoramic sea view, equipped with umbrella and sun beds. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children.

APARTMENT 4+1: Approximate size - 60 sq. m. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, a hall with kitchenette, bathroom, second separate toilet, 3 large terraces with panoramic sea view. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 1 child.

RIVERSIDE SUIT 2+2/ SUIT 2+2 DELUXE SEA: The hotel has a new part with 24 riverside suites and deluxe suites with sea view (approximate size 40-50 sq. m. ) . All suites consist of one big living room and separate sleeping area and all of them are stylishly furnished with flat screen TV, cable TV connection, safety deposit box, telephone, internet access, mini bar, air conditioning, coffee and tea set, bathroom with shower cabin /Riverside Suites/ and bathtub /Deluxe Sea View Suit/, hairdryer, balcony. Guests choosing these apartments have access to the private VIP area on the beach with high-end chairs and umbrellas. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.

For accommodation  2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child in  DBL room no complaints shall be accepted regarding comfort and space of the unit.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.

The hotel allows accommodation with pets up to 4 kg. , with a medical certificate and a passport against extra payment of 50 BGN/day.

About the hotel: main restaurant, lobby bar, coffee bar, pool bar, 24-hour reception, currency exchange, room service, wake-up call, taxi service, room payment, outdoor pool, use of umbrellas and sun beds, animation, playground, safe (against payment) , daily restock of tea and coffee in the rooms.

Main Restaurant:

Breakfast: 07:30 - 10:00

Late breakfast: 10:00 – 11:00

Lunch: 12:00 - 14:00

Snacks: 15:00 - 17:00 (pastry, sweets, fruits, ice cream)

Dinner: 18:00 - 21:00

Ice cream: during lunch and dinner and during the rest of the time – on snack bar or bars.

*The All Inclusive program starts with lunch on arrival day and ends with breakfast on departure day.

*Have in mind that some of the hotels might slightly change the hours according to the specific nationalities accommodated there, but with no more than 30 minutes +/- .

All Inclusive drinks: 10:00 - 23:00h Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, Bulgarian rakia,

Bulgarian wine, Bulgarian sparkling wine, Bulgarian draft beer, juices, soft drinks, mineral water, coffee

(espresso and from coffee machine) and cappuccino. Imported alcohol drinks, cocktails and coffee

"Lavazza" are against additional payment. Daily restock of the rooms with coffee and tea.

*After 23:00 all drinks are extra charged.

Café bar – the guests can use this bar during lunch and dinner, it is near the restaurant.

Dine Around Program:

*For all guests, who have booked a minimum of 7 nights on an All Inclusive/ All Inclusive Plus basis in Albena Resort.

* For guests of Kaliakra, Gergana, Sandy Beach, Mura, Slavuna and Laguna Beach Hotels the Dine Around program is valid for the entire summer season.

*Each guest receives 1 free lunch and 1 free dinner in one of the A-la-carte restaurants in Albena, which includes 1 salad, 1 appetizer, 1 main course, 1 dessert and a glass of mineral water.

*Guests must made reservation at the reception desk, not later than 15:00h on the previous day.

*"A-la-carte" restaurants included in the Dine Around program: Ciel Bleu, Kaliopa, Tex Mex, Poco Loco, Shamrock Pub & Old Oak.

Parking Policy for 2019:

- Up to 30-minute stay in the complex – free of charge;

- Lazur parking (yellow zone) – free of charge (it is located on the way to Balchik, next to one of the entrances to Albena) ;

- Bus station parking (orange zone) – 5BGN/24 hours and offers free of charge electric shuttle service on two routes – to the beach in front of the hotels Boryana, Nona, Elitsa and Mura in the southern part of the complex and to the beach in front of the Paradise Blue Hotel and Beach bar Ganvie in the central part. Electric shuttle service will be running on schedule every 10 and thirty minutes;

- Blue zone – 10BGN/24 hours (parking lots in the complex) ;

- Green zone – 20BGN/24 hours (parking lots near the beach) ;

- The attraction trains will be available with a special price of the ticket – 3 BGN.



 For the period 15. 04 – 24. 05. 2019 the price for one pass (entrance and parking up to 24h) will be 10BGN/ticket (no matter the blue or green zones) . The Bus station parking (orange zone) remains unchanged – 5BGN/ticket. Starting 25. 05. 2019, the conditions listed above will apply.
